Araza was engaged by an Australian bank as a thought leader in the Office365 email migration space and to help drive delivery of their solution.
Araza’s first steps were to identify the blockers for migration – ensuring they were prioritised for delivery, as well as developing a targeted email migration approach. Araza then led a team (including an outsourced vendor) to develop the migration strategy, implement a detailed migration plan and successfully complete the email migration.
Araza’s role included engagement of the client’s executive management to ensure cross company understanding of the program and to drive the biggest user benefit, while minimising business impacts. Araza also drove project escalations (where required) and reporting to the business stakeholders.

Due to the classified nature of the programs, Araza’s teams work onsite to deliver project management and cyber security capabilities in different locations across Australia.
At the commencement of our engagement, Araza worked closely with the client to define project governance. Once the governance was in place, Araza ran the delivery teams following the agile scrum methodology. The Araza teams worked with the client’s product owners to establish an agile framework, define the backlog and manage the prioritised delivery of the work.
