We have committed to this strategy by putting in place Araza Women which provides various programs that promote and include women to ensure a gender balance. An example of this is our Araza Women in Cyber program which promotes women into enterprise cyber roles. The program fosters cybersecurity skills and experiences to women who are looking for a first step into the industry. Another program is our Araza Women Presents… which is is a thought leadership program that is funded by Araza and free to all clients and project teams. The event showcases the incredible achievements and thought leadership of women in a variety of fields.
