Araza was engaged to lead the architecture and engineering of a leading Australian Super fund’s migration to Office365. This included the rollout of SharePoint Online, Exchange Online Teams, OneDrive, Flow, Power BI, and PowerApps. In addition, Araza partnered with the fund to migrate all Exchange and SharePoint data from their end-of-life, on-premise platforms into Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
The Office365 implementation included integration with Active Directory and MDM, multifactor authentication and access from all devices (including mobile, tablet and PC. Our Araza team was able to make this a smooth transition and now AustralianSuper is streamlined and able to experience the cost and efficiency benefits of working with the cloud.

Araza was engaged by a large telecommunications company to migrate all of their major workloads (Email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Box.com and Jira) to the cloud. Araza led the solution assessment, business case, approval, program governance (including regulatory, legal, privacy, HR, risk and security approvals), technical implementation and data migration in Australia’s largest-ever migration to Office365. Araza provided the program governance, business analysis, financial analysis, technical know-how and change management activities to ensure that our client’s journey to the cloud was successful.
The project culminated in the successful migration of over 80,000 users, 1.5 petaBytes of email data and over 2,500 SharePoint sites to Office365. The project included the rollout of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, federated Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, Flow, PowerApps, PowerBI, OneDrive, and Intune. Windows 10 and the Office 2013 suite (followed by Office 2016) were also delivered in this program, enabling them to move workloads to the cloud.
