Araza was engaged by a prominent Australian retailer to implement a new platform to integrate their Cisco telephony and Salesforce customer data environments to create a seamless customer experience, improve satisfaction, and increase sales revenue. Araza worked with the retailer stakeholders from across the business including C-suite executives, sales, and support operations to define the requirements and implement the solution.
The project was a success; by enabling call data and Salesforce data to be captured and unified, it paved the way to enhanced customer context, experiences, and sales opportunities.

In 2019, one of Araza’s retail clients implemented a new HR and workforce system, to; better manage onboarding and offboarding; allow staff to see their start and end dates; and allow managers to better track staff updates and reviews through notifications. One major gap was identified in that the new system lacked the bulk reporting data which had previously been available. Araza was engaged to lead the design and delivery of an enterprise resource management and reporting tool, which would allow managers to access previously inaccessible data.
Araza’s team identified what data would be required to be accessed along with what data was not currently available. The Araza team then designed a new system to capture regular data feeds and data models to integrate the data without corruption. Araza’s team created a data governance framework to ensure that data was entered in the right way, consistent format and restricted to the appropriate data types. The team then imported the missing data and then designed the reporting framework using PoweBI to allow the business units to access meaningful reports and view relevant dashboards relating to their staff.
