Large Bank has a large number of repeatable processes such as approving a personal loan or approving a credit card. We identified approximately 90 repetitive processes across the organisation and worked to find a solution to help Large Bank more efficiently and cost-effectively complete these processes through automation.
The solution? Robotic Process Automation through the BluePrism vendor. This is a type of software that mimics the activity of a human being in carrying out a task within a process. It can do repetitive tasks more quickly and accurately, freeing up staff to do other tasks requiring human strengths such as emotional intelligence, reasoning, judgement and interaction with the customer.
The Program of work with regards to Technology aims to:
