Araza was engaged by a retail partner to assess and take over a failing product development project from a previous vendor. Araza was initially engaged to assess the current state of the project, estimate the remaining effort, and prepare a proposed plan in order to put forward a business case and funding request.
Once funding was sourced, Araza was engaged to manage and deliver the fully outsourced product development project. Araza’s team successfully worked with the client to implement proper agile governance and deliver the product in a series of fortnightly release sprints.
