Araza was engaged by one of our large superannuation clients to manage the solution delivery and business readiness activities for one of their telephony upgrade projects. As this was our client’s first ever agile program, Araza also provided some Agile change agents to drive and support the agile uptake across the program as well as coach the business and IT stakeholders in the new agile ways of working. The Araza consultant:
- Coached and supported the IT delivery teams in the adoption of Scrum.
- Introduced agile methods for program management.
- Led the Product Ownership function with the Project Sponsor and assigned leads and subject matter experts.
In addition, the Araza team worked with the enterprise to integrate agile ways of working into finance and scheduling, reporting and estimation models that had been designed for more traditional waterfall methods. As a result, our client was able to adapt and learn how to govern and report projects following Agile delivery methods.

Change Management For New Public Transport SystemRead more
Araza drove the business change activities as part of the People and Performance Transformation program within one of our large Public Transport clients. This project ushered in significant business change across the organisation as Araza helped to replace multiple existing HR systems with a single application through which all employee information could be extracted.
Araza worked closely with the key stakeholders to plan the change activities, design new business processes, create user documentation and hold training sessions. Araza’s change management team focussed on ensuring business take-up and developing user champions to drive usage of the system. The outcome was particularly successful, with the organisation moving smoothly to the new system, with all users aware of the changes and excited to make the transition to the new platform.
